YOU ALREADY HAVE A BALL AND YOU WILL NOT NEED A NEW ONE YOU CAN SUBSTRACT $35.00 OFF YOUR TOTAL. SO YOU
WILL MAKE EITHER 3 PAYMENTS OF $235 (OPTION 1) OR 3 PAYMENTS OF $218.33(OPTION 2).
At the player/parent/coaches meeting on November 22, 2009 each player will have to have their 1st
payment and two post dated checks for the second and third payments. The date for the second payment is January 10
and the third date is February 7. There will be no exceptions. We only accept Cash, Money Order, or checks.
If a check is returned there will be a $45 fine. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact Coach
